1 ) Are your items authentic?
All our products are certified 100% authentic through a strict verification process carried out by our independent experts. Each pair is carefully inspected before shipping, so your item arrives with a Three52 certificate of authenticity.
2) How are you able to sell products that are sold out everywhere?
We have built a strong international sourcing network in partnership with trusted professional resellers and private suppliers. Our goal at Three52 is to offer exclusive sneakers and streetwear in the widest possible range of sizes and styles, even when they are no longer available through traditional retail channels.
3) Do you have a physical location?
Yes, our store is located in Luxembourg's most vibrant shopping destination Cloche D'Or. You can visit us here:

4) How long does shipping take?
Items marked with 24h shipping usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
All other items are sourced through our network of trusted suppliers and have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 15 business days, depending on factors such as availability and the rarity of the product.
5) How does the shipping process look like?
For items marked with 24h shipping, your order is dispatched quickly from available stock. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. If you selected in-store pickup, you will receive a pickup notification as soon as your order is ready.
For all other items, your order is sourced through our network of trusted suppliers. Throughout the process, you will receive automatic updates at each key stage: when your item has been secured, when it is on its way to us, and when it has arrived at our facilities and been authenticated by our team. Once your order is ready for dispatch or pickup, you will receive the final notification with tracking or collection details.
6) How do I make a return or exchange?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible, the item must remain in brand-new condition, unworn, and returned with its original packaging intact.
